You are entering the correct password now, but you still getting an error of invalid password...
Your IP is most likely blocked to protect your email from hacking attempts. This can happen on Radio Accounts, email accounts & cPanel accounts after 2 or 3 failed login attempts.
What To Do:
You need to login or re-login to USL Billing system to automatically get your IP UN-Blocked.
