As a radio client, when your radio account is created, your email you provided is used. Emails are important to reset passwords, so if you forget your login password, the only way to retrive it is to reset the password or contact support.
- If the client has a registered contact email on the SonicPanel, they can use the reset password link on the login page.
This is because passwords are no longer shown anywhere in the SonicPanel except the first welcome or account email sent to the client. Due to security reasons, no passwords are stored in the database or in the system. We use different techniques allows us to provide %100 secure passwords.
